The
Cheeseboard Collective in Berkeley has been around since 1971.
It is a small pizza restaurant, cheese store and bakery in the gourmet ghetto. You can't miss it because the line is usually around the block.
They offer one type of pizza per day, take it or leave it, and most people are happy to take it.
Today Max and I enjoyed crimini mushroom, onion, french goat cheese, mozzarella, fresh herb, garlic, olive oil pizza in celebration of
someone's birthday. Thanks, Max!
