Just like Grandma!
My grandmother wore silouhettes just like these of all of her grandchildren, including Max and Lisa (me and my brother!). Hers were gold and had the names engraved.

As each of my mom's grandchildren were born, I bought her a charm like that with their names and birthdates! She still wears the bracelet.
